HOMcreations is a full-time fursuit maker based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Amanda has been a part of the cosplay community since 2014 where she regularly entered competitions and later began judging them. She has been self employed since graduating from the Royal Conservatoire in Glasgow in 2019.
Her passion for fursuits originates from her love of Digimon and Pokemon! The majority of her cosplays were from the Digimon franchise so it was a natural progression to move onto making fursuits.
The skills involved in making suits goes hand in hand with cosplay. They're much more similar in both making and wearing than people realise!

She has a background in prop making with a degree in Production Arts and Design, and a HND in Model Making.
She has skills in a wide variety of areas including:
Sculpting, Foam Smithing, Poly-carving, Mould making, Welding, Fibreglass, Sewing, Pattern Making, Resin Pouring, Painting, Faux finishes, Drawing, Design, Upholstery, Prosthetics, Thermoplastic.
